Steps to Install a PickleHub Pro Surface

With our simple, structured guide, installing your PickleHubPro surface can be completed in less than two hours with the help of a colleague. No specialized tools are required: simply follow the steps below to prepare the surface, position the pieces, and securely fasten them. Each step has been designed to guide you step by step, ensuring a quick, safe, and stress-free installation. With our helpful tips, you'll be ready to play on your new court in no time!

SURFACE PREPARATION

  1. Clean the playing surface thoroughly to remove any dust, dirt or debris.

  2. Make sure the surface is flat and free of irregularities.

Important : Areas of unevenness greater than 6mm may cause air pockets under the carpet.

  1. Unroll and place the 18 pieces (9m long x 1m wide) in the order shown in the diagram.

  2. Adjust each piece to align properly with the indicated clearance lines and edges.

FASTENING THE PARTS

  1. Apply double-sided or single-sided tape along the edges of each mats, focusing on the seams between pieces.

    Important: Make sure the pieces are properly aligned before permanently attaching the tape.

  2. Press the mats together firmly to ensure a secure fit and prevent shifting.

  3. Walk and press the joints to ensure good adhesion of the tape
